Binary package hint: update-manager

I'm very new to Kubuntu so sorry if this is elementary.  My IT
instructor killed my motherboard and is giving me this PC Kubuntu
loaded.  In doing the update I received the below.  Can anyone help me
with this.....  I feel like a real novice (which I am with this OS and
interface).....?  thanks mgard
