Установка с CD полностью работает, тему можно закрыть, ошибка оказалась
с моей стороны :( Так получается что в моём городе можно купить CD
плохого качества, так-что не судите строго.. Если кто ещё будет писать,
то посоветуйте какой производитель CD-RW лучше ..
P.S. Gabriel Ruiz был прав..

advise what the manufacturer CD-RW better ..
