Please sync fnorb 1.3-3.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian has made a noticable change to the package i.e they have
rebuilded the package to move files to /usr/bin/pyshared so ubuntu
changes can be dropped.
Changelog since current intrepid version 1.3-3ubuntu1:
fnorb (1.3-3.1) unstable; urgency=low
* NMU. Rebuild to move files to /usr/share/pyshared. Closes: #490466.
