* New Upstream Release (LP: #255807)
* Update 99_autoconf for new release
* Disabled hildon patch due to it breaking with new upstream releases
of GTK. Once upstream hildon is fixed, it can be readded.
* Removed 61_mime_bug_fix as upstream merged the patch
