The index.html is symlinked.
But the other files in /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kubuntu/about-kubuntu/ would
need symlinking too.
Or, maybe a better solution, add a redirect.html to kubuntu-docs and symlink
that to /usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/index.html instead of the index.html
from /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kubuntu/about-kubuntu/
redirect.html would contain something like:

CONTENT="0;
URL=file:///usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kubuntu/about-kubuntu/index.html">
