Public bug reported: Binary package hint: python-fuse
The Python FUSE bindings have a deadlock bug on fsdestroy. I have observed this in Hardy with python-fuse version 1:0.2-pre3-4ubuntu1. This has been fixed in the upstream CVS, available from http://fuse.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/FusePython , specifically in revision 1.21 of the file /python/fuseparts/_fusemodule.c . There are a relatively small number of changes currently in upstream, it would probably be best to synchronize.
