** Description changed: After a clean install of 8.10a3 my Windows XP volumes / drives were not - mounted / accessible. I thought it was related to - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gvfs/+bug/251991 but this fix - did not solve the problem. + mounted / accessible. I thought it was related to bug #251991 but this + fix did not solve the problem. I had to 'sudo mkdir /media/sda1' and then 'sudo mount /dev/sda1 /media/sda1'.
