Hi Hadmut,
I believe the Realtek R8101E Ethernet controller already has driver
support in the Intrepid kernel via the r8169 driver. But I'd like to
gather some additional information from you to verify what might be
missing? Can you attach the following files (please attach each file
separately):
1) sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log
2) dmesg > dmesg.log
3) sudo dmidecode > dmidecode.log
