Public bug reported:
I preformed a dist upgrade from hardy on my Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop.
Now the keyboard does not work, at least on the login screen.
When I boot to the recovery terminal, the keyboard is working perfectly. Only
when I boot normally it does not work, I cannot type my user or password on the
login screen, although the mouse works.
