Looking at 'Edit -> Preferences' and then clicking on 'Programs' shows us the default web browser is 'mozilla'.
If you open an account file you can edit this to 'firefox' and the links will work fine from the menus. Ideally we should patch for future versions to make this app comply with the default Ubuntu web browser.
