Public bug reported: Binary package hint: thunderbird
I received an email containing the header Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO646-US Sequences such as "=A3" should be displayed as the UK pound sterling symbol. ISO646-US should (I think) be interpreted as US-ASCII, although Wikipedia states that ASCII has been extended and hints that it may actually be a subset of Latin1.
