It seems this is still present, but we're a lot closer to fixing this
bug under Hardy/Intrepid:
The following will enable the radio after the kill switch has been
pressed (fn-f2):
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/sys/devices/platform/asus-laptop# echo 1 > wlan
I am not sure how to bind this to Fn-F2, though...
