The KDE4 dolphin lives in kdebase from Intrepid onward. :)
For what it's worth, I did experience error this with a default Intrepid
install, but not for the same reason as the original reporter. I had to change
the path of some file back to the Intrepid-y path of /usr instead of the Hardy
path of /usr/lib/kde4/
Riddell knew which file that was, so I'll subscribe him.
