When I try to open a pdf file with Chinese character,I found it full
of Mojibake.I found the reason that the Evince just cannot identify that
there are some non-emebbed fonts in the file.Here below is a sample file
with problems to open.

+ And I have installed the newest poppler-data (In fact I can read no
+ Chinese pdfs without it), however the problem remain. I found just the
+ font name end with GB2312 has the problem.
