Explanation of why ubuntu changes can be dropped:
Debian has applied all of the Ubuntu changes in version 1.0.5-2 of
qtemu. so ubuntu changes can be dropped.
Changelog since the previous version of ubuntu:
qtemu (1.0.5-2) unstable; urgency=low
* Add kfreebsd-i386 and kfreebsd-amd64 to the architecture list.

* Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.0 (no changes needed).
* Bump compat/debhelper to 6.
* Merge from Ubuntu:

- Add build dependency on sharutils for uudecode.
