Some comments regarding the debdiff :
- Ubuntu release should be intrepid, not hardy
- rebuild should not appear as a remaining change, this can be dropped
- We now have decided that it is no more necessary to make the update
maintainer field
- the dh_iconcache call is commented out (by the way it's dh_icons nowadays)
- your debdiff contains a patch in debian/patch that is not listed in changelog
