Public bug reported:
When i choose a package to install, then the right-click menu doesn't
shows as enable the 'Unmark' option but is selectable anyway. You can
see the bug on this screenshot. This also happens when the package is
already installed and the 'Mark for Reinstallation', 'Mark for Removal'
and 'Mark for Complete Removal' options don't show up either but are
selectable.
