After a bit of trial and error, I ran this command SPROM=$(find /sys/devices -name ssb_sprom)
and then sudo cp nattgew_sprom_new $SPROM and they completed without errors, and cat $SPROM seemed to show what you posted for the revised contents. Wow, it connects with b43 now! Amazing! And it seems much better that bcm43xx so far. Does this do anything for the status of this bug? Also, is this other bug related at all to what we are talking about here? https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/257020 I just noticed it in the changelog of the latest linux-libc-dev that update manager sees. -- bcm4306, bcm4309, bcm4311, bcm4312 with b43 : Authentication with AP doesn't work. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/182716 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
