Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-nettool

I've installed a TP-Link Wireless PCI Adapter (Model TL-WN651G).
Ubuntu have recognized it and installed the restricted drivers, but the system
isn't able to make available and "in use" the driver when I start it.

(sorry for my bad english).

Thanks for your support
Kind Regards
Paolo
