Yes and no... The only screen saver options I have now on KDE 4.1 (Hardy) are "Blank Screen" and "Random". I set it to "Random" and clicked the Test button, and it tested successfully (screen blanked). I then set it to start automatically after 1 minute, clicked Apply, and walked away. I came back 12 minutes later, and the screen saver was not active. I then switched to "Blank Screen" and clicked Apply, and sat and watched my screen. After 1 minute, the screen saver became active.
So there seems to be some bug still, though it is not across all screen saver settings. Is there a screen savers package for 4.1 that I can install, to test other screen savers? -- KDE Screensavers only work if Power Saver is activated https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/40571 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Team, which is a direct subscriber. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
