I have Matrox Millenium P750 AGP graphics adapter - I can confirm this
bug. I can not install the latest official Ubuntu Edgy Eft because the
screen goes blank and stays blank (with some random pixels here and
there) even if I choose 'Safe graphics mode'. No graphics are displayed
after the first screen. Dapper Drape installer works nicely, so Edgy Eft
installer has been broken some way. Why wasn't this bug fixed before the
official Edgy Eft was released?!
