I don't quite understand your problem. As iwconfig shows, your network
card is enabled and connected to a Wireless-network. Is
"SpeedTouch07F0CA" the name of yours?

Do you mean by "not in use" that the restricted drivers are not used? If
yes then this is not bad because there is an open-source alternative for
this driver.
