Does this issue still exist with the final Hardy Heron 8.04 release?
The reason I ask is that is looks like the fec_mpc52xx driver is
enabled:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/ubuntu-hardy/debian/config$ grep -rn "CONFIG_FEC_MPC52xx=" *
powerpc/config.powerpc:62:CONFIG_FEC_MPC52xx=m
powerpc/config.powerpc-smp:58:CONFIG_FEC_MPC52xx=m
