This is more a usage question than a real bug, so I'm converting it.
The /dev/dvd symlink is created by udev. Which of your drives is set to
'dev/dvd/' seems rather random to me, so you might want to look into the
udev rules to find out more about this.
xine itself does not seem to handle the case of multiple dvd players at
all.
