Having executables in /usr/lib/$PROGRAM_NAME is not unusual. When a
program requires an executable that should not be user-visible, it
installs it in /usr/lib/$PROGRAM_NAME (in Ubuntu & Debian, at least.
Some other distros use /usr/libexec).
This is not a bug, closing.
