Sure. First go to the bug report on https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/257475. At the bottom of the web page there is an "Add a comment/attachment" link to click on. On the Attachment line, click "Browse...". In the file browser dialog window, click on "Filesystem" in the left pane, then find "var" and then "log" and now you can select "Xorg.0.log" and click "Open". Back on the web page, just click "Save Changes".
