Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gedit
This is an enhancement request
As per my UI experience, the text wrapping option should be in the menu with
the shortcut key defined, so that people can enable it while viewing the
content without setting into the preferences always. Many times it depends on
the type of file we are seeing. I like no-wrap while writting python codes, but
love to wrap while reading some text content (such as copied news etc).
shortcut key Ctrl+Alt+W or Ctrl+R (rap /wrap) or some other.
