Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: subversion

I've recently upgraded my system from Hardy to Intrepid, and on my first
attempt to check in to an svn repo I get this error:

svn: Commit blocked by pre-commit hook (exit code 1) with output:
/usr/bin/svnlook: error while loading shared libraries: libuuid.so.1: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory

The output of 'ldd /usr/bin/svnlook |grep uuid':

        libuuid.so.1 => /lib/libuuid.so.1 (0x00007fb098e82000)

And 'ls /lib/libuuid* -l':

lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root    14 2008-08-17 23:05 /lib/libuuid.so.1 ->
libuuid.so.1.2
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 18880 2008-08-11 11:09 /lib/libuuid.so.1.2

I purged the following packages and reinstalled them attempting to eliminate
possible issues due to my upgrade:
* subversion
* libuuid-perl
* libuuid1
* uuid-runtime

That's all the packages containing the string "subversion" or "uuid".
Here are the relevant package versions:

subversion                     1.5.1dfsg1-1ubuntu2
libuuid-perl                     0.02-3
libuuid1                          1.41.0-3ubuntu3
uuid-runtime                  1.41.0-3ubuntu3

Any ideas?
