Public bug reported:

On the 2.6.24-21-generic kernel (hardy-proposed), running on Lenovo Y410,
pressing the bluetooth button doesn't give any response, either in lsusb or in
dmesg. In the 2.6.24-20-generic kernel, pressing the bluetooth button will
cause the bluetooth module to show up in lsusb:
Bus 001 Device 005: ID 0a5c:2101 Broadcom Corp.

And in dmesg, the following entries appear:
[ 162.144186] usb 1-2: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 2
[ 162.160429] usb 1-2: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
[ 162.293854] Bluetooth: HCI USB driver ver 2.9
[ 162.295278] usbcore: registered new interface driver hci_usb

When removing, the above entry for lsusb disappears, and dmesg shows this:
[ 453.246293] usb 1-2: USB disconnect, address 5

In other words, there is no possible way to use bluetooth on a Lenovo
Y410 using the 2.6.24-21-generic kernel.

** Affects: linux (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
