that was fixed a long time ago with Hardy. marking this as fix released,
fix committed is used on the desktop team when the fix was included in
the GNOME SVN (or other upstream tracker, like freedesktop) but there's
no ubuntu package yet containing the fix, which is not the case of this
bug so fix released is ok, thanks you all.
