I have the same troubles with Fujitsu U810 (ALC262) - everything works fine with snd-hda-intel driver except internal mic This issue is also reproducible with alsa-drivers version 1.0.17 I've reported ALSA ticket for this problem: https://bugtrack.alsa-project.org/alsa-bug/view.php?id=3939
