Public bug reported:

Since I screwed up my previous Intrepid Development VM I downloaded
alpha 4 today and installed it. After installation of course it updated
and I was confronted with the "restart required" bubble.

Now first of all in my opinion it's supposed to say "restart required"
and not "restart require" but aside from that, "yes" or "no" sounds like
a game show - do you think a restart is required? I believe what it
should say is something along the line of "In order to complete the
update, your system needs to be restarted. Should the restart be carried
out now?" / Would you like to restart now?

Plus most importantly when I clicked "Yes" the bubble disappeared but
that was it. No restart, nothing.

Please make the options clearer and if my assumption (yes=restart) is
correct well then there's a bug in the program [in which case I'll file
another bug report]
