2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy packagename' 
or by checking in Synaptic.
2.23.90-0ubuntu1

3) What you expected to happen
My IMAP-account let's me organize and receive my mail

4) What happened instead
No mail appears in the inbox, I can't delete the mail from my trash. Webmail 
does work. No errors are given in the console. An other account (also IMAP) 
does work, thunderbird on 8.04.1 does work with the same account. 

I would like to give more information but don't know how to find it,
suggestions are welcome.

PS. I can send mail via this account
