Binary package hint: logrotate
Logrotation is much more useful when filename/extension can be custom
labeled. Feature allowing "extension" variable to be passed from outside
would be useful. Like:
prerotate
extension=`date +'%Y-%m-%d' -d yesterday`
endscript
