Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and help make Ubuntu
better. The problem here is that gnome-control-center depends on ubuntu-
system-services, which has only just recently appeared in the
repositories. It is most likely that the mirror you are using to upgrade
from needs a bit of time to sync. Could you try again in a few hours and
report back if the upgrade works. If it still isn't working in 24 hours,
please let me know.
