Can you please run the installer in debug mode (`ubiquity -d` in a
terminal window) and attach /var/log/syslog and /var/log/installer/debug
to this report when the installer crashes, following the instructions in
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingUbiquity/AttachingLogs .
