I can no longer reproduce the bug. About a month ago I had to replace my
router and since that time I have not experienced the bug.
The replaced router, a Linksys WRT54GC with firmware 1.02.8, is non-functional.
The new router is a Linksys WRT54GL running (Linux) Tomato firmware 1.19. Both
routers were running in DHCP mode.
Booting the AMD-64 Intrepid Alpha-4 as well as the original Hardy release
image several times show no skge bug related problems. Good luck on Intrepid.
