Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: pulseaudio
When /etc/default/pulseaudio says that pulseaudio should not be started
from the init script, a call to the init script with any arguments
silently exits. Printing that nothing is being done because of the
value in /etc/default/pulseaudio would make this less opaque.
** Affects: pulseaudio (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
