Various problems when trying to use kleopatra program.
Even just on startup:
An error occurred while fetching the certificates from the backend:
Unknown IPC command
and later:
Backend error: gpgconf does not seem to know the entry for dirmngr/LDAP/LDAP
Server
when trying to enter configuration
perhaps related to bug#136568
