When I want to install ANY package with dpkg/apt-get/aptitude, my system
(dom0 under XEN) crashes with a "Kernel Panic" message!

I have 3 new "IBM System x3550" with controller disc "Adapted RAID BIOS
V5.2-0 [Build 11844]" and with Intel Xeon 64bits CPU (aka Intel-VT).

My IBM System x3550 hardware(s):
Machine type: 7978
Model number: C1U
Procuct ID: 7978C1U
Serials of my 3 servers: 820CPV8, 820CPX1 and 820CPW6

Some BIOS messages:
controller WWN 5005076B01526490

Array#0 - RAID-1 136.61 GB Okay
1 Array(s) Found

When dpkg is almost finished, system freeze and here is a message dumped
on my console:

NOTE: Sorry, I can't use netconsole because that module doesn't work
under Ubuntu XEN (netconsole: eth0 doesn't support polling, aborting.),
Maybe miss I something? Wrong ethernet? Should I try peth0 instead eth0
under XEN to use netconsole?

My dmesg is attached.

If you want a STABLE Ubuntu, you ALWAYS must compile your kernel (from xen.org
or kernel.org).
XEN under 2.6.24 is terrible! Every week I found a BUG...

Regards,
Thiago
