Binary package hint: gnome-nettool

there is a dedicated ip and a default ip in my machine . when i ping to
see if the connection is not working, the dedicated ip pings
successfully but not the default ip. but, when i restart the machine the
default ip pings correctly and the internet connection too works without
a fault .
