Public bug reported:

I don't want this information when installing packages.
If I want to autoremove packages, I use 'apt-get autoremove'.

It's not like 'apt-get remove somepackage' tells me I have 233456
packages that can be upgraded, and I should run 'apt-get upgrade' to
install them.

Attaching a debdiff that itroduces the APT::Get::HideAutoRemove key.
If set to 'true' it will hide the autoremove messages when doing other things.
'apt-get autoremove' still behaves normally.

** Affects: apt (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
