Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

Often (between 50 and 75% of the time) after resuming from suspend to
ram, nm-applet shows no networking devices available. I can't even
restart network manager via 'sudo /etc/dbus-1/events.d/25NetworkManager
restart'.

Instead, the only way to get networking working (and this appears to
work reliably every time) is

1) sudo killall -9 NetworkManager
2) sudo /etc/dbus-1/events.d/25NetworkManager restart

I get this issue at least once a day, so if there's more information I
need to dig out of NetworkManager I should be able to collect it without
much trouble.

I'm running hardy + hardy update + hardy backports, and the issue has
been happening pretty regularly for several months.

I'm running network-manager 0.6.6-0ubuntu5
