Public bug reported:
I have Dell Latitude D600 running Hardy 8.04 with latest patches.
Gnome-power-manager is missing battery details when run with
LANG=fi_FI.UTF-8.
When run with LANG=C everything works correctly.
Screenshots of correct and incorrect behavior are in the attachment.
