Binary package hint: konqueror
To reproduce: open konqueror file manager, set 'view' -> 'view mode' to
"detailed list view"; then navigate to an appropriate directory, and
open a file that is viewed in konqueror itself, like an image. Next, use
the 'Up' button on konqueror's toolbar to move back to the directory,
and see. All files are displayed as large icons.
