Public bug reported:

I have Asus M5600N Laptop with Finnish (Scandinavian) keymap. The
problem is when I press Caps Lock it also jams the function button
pressed. So when I go on typing instead of just having letters
capitalized my function button is being "pressed" magically. I've no
idea how deep the problem is buried... Here's the info I can give with
my knowledge at the moment:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Press Caps Lock
2. Press 'ö' and you'll get '+'
3. Press Ctrl+Alt+F1
4. Press Ctrl+Alt+F8
5. Press 'ö' and you'll get 'ö'
6. Press function button + 'ö', you'll get '+'

Background info:

Stock install of Ubuntu Edgy Eft (6.10)

Keymap normally:

§1234567890+'
qwertyuiopå"
asdfghjklöä'
<zxcvbnm,.-

Keymap after Caps Lock:

§123456789*+'
QWERTY456-Å"
ASDFGH123+Ä'
ZXCVBN0,,/

Keymap while pressing function button:

6789*+
qwerty456-å"
asdfgh123+ä'
<zxcvbn0,,/
