Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xfce4-xkb-plugin

my xorg.conf section looks like this:

Section "InputDevice"
        Identifier "Generic Keyboard"
        Driver "kbd"
        Option "XkbRules" "xorg"
        Option "XkbModel" "pc104"
        Option "XkbLayout" "us,il"
        Option "XkbOptions" "grp:alt_shift_toggle"
EndSection

works great with GNOME and KDE. When adding the keyboard indicator in XFCE I
get a choice between "us" and "en_US". The keyboard layout switching does not
work. I tried manually setting the keyboard layouts in "Settings" -> "Keyboard"
-> "Layouts" but with no change.
I've been able to work around it somehow using the keyboard shortcuts and
"setxkbmap -layout XX" but the language indicator still does not work

Needless to say this worked fine in Hardy... so I'm filing it as a bug.

Cheers,
Izi
