Public bug reported:

1) Ubuntu 8.04
2) i use nm-applet 0.6.6 to connect to the internet, but i think, that the
error occures because of the driver
3) i plug my lan-cable into "Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168B PCI
Express Gigabit Ethernet controller" and the internet connection works.
4) i plugged my lan-cable into "Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168B
PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet controller" and the internet connection did not
work. after multiple plugging in and out of the lan-cable, it workt.
this is definitely a software bug because the led of the ethernet card begins
to glow in a green light everytime when the cable is connected.
i tried another lan-card and it worked properly.
