a) this can't be caused by the package since it's only a meta package
b) .kde permissions are entirely handled within kdebase/startkde, so if this
error would have occured for every feisty installation
Since a and b make this report rather impossible I think this was a sudo
screw up.
Please remember to use gksu/kdesudo rather than sudo if you invoke
graphical applications.
