Public bug reported:
On my desktop wired connected to my router, I was unable to send a mail with a
large attachment file since the last update to the 2.6.24-21 kernel.
I roll back to the previous 2.6.24-20 kernel version and it works fine again.
This bug seems to be critical due to the possible major impact for all
the Ubuntu users.
